I would highly recommend Hardy Electrical and Solar. First contact was with Bruce who was very helpful and honest. Laurence then spent a lot of time running through options and answered all my questions and concerns with the help of Jackson. They were very thorough and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.Installation was booked in for the time I requested and followed up politely up until the date. The installers Joel and Peter turned up on time and completed the job in the time they suggested. They were also polite, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Courtney in the office was also very considerate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were not pushy like some other companies are and totally respect your needs and wants.

We had a 7.92kW panels (Risen) with a 6kW inverter (Fronius) installed by Hardy's on the 29/6/2020. The whole process from start to finish was a very pleasant experience. My previous system (2.2kW) was old and stopped working completely. Hardy's staff guided me through the whole process including my insurance claim and removal of a Foxtel satellite dish from the roof. Everyone, from Jackson (the boss) to Pete, Daniel, Fraser, Jackson's dad, and Courtney and Bruce in the office were helpful and polite, even answering all my questions in an easy clear manner. Great local family business! My system has been only running for a week now, but I would highly recommend Hardy's not only from a service and workmanship point of view but also the price was very competitive.

What a great firm to do business with. Arranged solar on our roof competed on time and has changed us from paying for electricity to receiving a quarterly cheque cost will be paid in 2 and 1/2 years highly recommended

I have just replaced my old solar system on the 2/3/2020 that got hit by lighting strike on the 3/2/2020 at Kingscliff , Hardy Electrical & Solar did the job and they were very professional and tidy when installing the unit . Excellent customer service from start to finish. We needed strata approval to get panels on which took some time however panels where installed 3 days after we got approval. Kept in the loop in the whole process.

Hardy Electrical & Solar installed my first small PV system in 2015. This March 2020 I realised I needed more solar as an add on and upgrade. I queried a couple of other providers before I remembered Hardy . Without prompting they gave me the best consultation and price and then installed the system promptly and with excellent workmanship. I am ver happy.

From beginning to end our experience with Hardy Electrical & Solar was great. Peter did an excellent job of explaining our options and making recommendations about the best system for us and suggesting a possible loan method for payment. The crew who did the installation were professional and very friendly (Joel even set up the phone app to monitor the system when we were having trouble) and Courtney has been very understanding about our payment procedure. Altogether a great experience and we have lots of solar power - it runs our pool heating system and provides almost all the power we use during the day as well as feeding into the grid. I got three quotes and these were the only people who understand solar completely and are not just a sales company that has installers but trained techs that know their stuff. Damien was the only one who told me we could put on a bigger system when I informed him that we have 3 phase power available the others were not aware and just wanted to sell me the std package. Install was done quickly with no delays as they carry a large solar panel stock. Great job guys.

The installation of the units was done very professionally. The two men allocated to the task of installation were obviously well experienced and worked well together. They cleaned up the mess resulting from the installation and took all of the rubbish away with them. Very happy.
