Install was prompt and professional. Panel guys even offered to replace cracked tiles on part of roof that was not near solar panel positions. Electrician Steve installed inverter neatly and took time after to explain clearly operation.
Manager Thea took time over 1hr on phone with me to setup web monitoring after system connected. Very thorough.
Would highly recommend this company as they believe in good old fashioned customer service so lacking in today’s business world.

Absolute gem of a lady, we had numerous conversations over the few weeks I was investigating Solar. It was, I have to say, a very pleasant journey and extremely happy from start to finish.
The boys who installed the system were on the site promptly and worked like beavers, explaining all my questions that I would pop outside and throw at them. In summary, cannot praise the team more from start to finish and highly recommend Greener housing solutions for solar.

Old system was displaying a fault so we looked at options to fix or upgrade and one of our online quotes was from GHS. We contacted Darren initially to discuss options and he was very helpful and explained everything we need to know to make a decision. Thea then took over dealing with us and arranging the installation and again the assistance from Thea was great as was the job by the installers. Very happy to recommend GHS.

The battery charged from 3Kw to 11.5Kw in just under 3 hours, which I'm happy with.
All staff involved in the process were easy to deal with - Thea English in the office, Darren with the site inspection, and installation by Stephen and Michael.
They worked with me at all stages to address my questions and deliver a solution to meet my needs and wants.

I was referred to Greener Housing Solutions, what a difference. I was put at ease, made to feel that I matter and given great advice. I spoke to Thea and she arranged the changeover and later sent a folder with loads of helpful information. It was like a blast from the past, you don't get this quality of service today.
That was about a year ago,Recently I was receiving communications from my power provider, it was all overwhelming, I hesitate worrying others about my problems, but I gave Thea a call and she talked me through this and put my mind at ease. All this knowing that there wasn't going to be a sale, Thea told me if I have any more concerns, just call they will be pleased to help, what an angel.
I cant recommend this company enough.

Monday 14th January, 2019Vanessa Phillips from South AustraliaThea has been absolutely amazing! We were moving and unsure of what we would need for our family when we moved to the country being hotter days and cooler nights and also an electric hot water system.
I went away for 4 months looking into all my information, moved and monitored my usage. We also experience power surges so I wanted to make sure the invertor could handle it.
I was so pleasantly surprised when I called back and Thea pulled up my information, and remember me and our conversation. We just picked up where we lefted off.
Within 10 days, I had finance all approved and the boys came out to install the system.
The boys were also amazing. They were actually far quieter than I thought. They were extremely polite and very respectful. They arrived just after 8 and it was completely done by just before 3pm.
When they were working it is quite a big job and that makes a lot of mess. I walked out at the end and nearly fell over - I'm not sure how they managed - but THEY CLEANED UP EVERY SINGLE SPOT OF MESS & OFF CUT!! I have stones in my driveway and normally tradies can't quite get it all. These boys were absolutely perfect!
I was taken through all the information at the end and what to do in all the different circumstances. I was left with a brilliantly written manual.
We are just awaiting the meter change and I'll be one happy mum!
Highly recommend this business including the tradies

Just really need to give the hugest shout out to Greener Housing Solutions!!!
We were 2 months short of our warranty on our solar panel inverter with a Solar Company that has sinced collapsed.
Thea English took our phone call and acted on our behalf to have the inverter not only replaced but also INSTALLED!!!!!!!!
Her professionalism was simply outstanding.
We need more family owned SA compaines recognised for going over and beyond!!!
