Greener Solutions simply gave me the info I needed without pressure. Service was courteous and prompt. Schedules were respected. They worked within my budget. And they smoothed the way with simplicity regarding communicating over the net. AND their prices were very reasonable.

Upgraded our 1.5klw system which was 9 years old to a 6.6klw system mid June. Old system was displaying a fault so we looked at options to fix or upgrade and one of our online quotes was from GHS. We contacted Darren initially to discuss options and he was very helpful and explained everything we need to know to make a decision. Thea then took over dealing with us and arranging the installation and again the assistance from Thea was great as was the job by the installers. Very happy to recommend GHS.

Thea and the team at Greener Housing Solutions were efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The installers were excellent, everything happened on time and as Thea had advised it would, from their team, to the installation of the new meter box. This was a major decision and cost for me, but Thea made everything so easy, I cant thank the team at Greener Housing enough and will use them again for other services when required.

We found Darren & Thea to be extremely helpful and they took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. Sales done with professionalism and no hard sell for particular brand. We altered panel brand number of times and Darren was always accommodating. Install was prompt and professional. Panel guys even offered to replace cracked tiles on part of roof that was not near solar panel positions. Electrician Steve installed inverter neatly and took time after to explain clearly operation. Manager Thea took time over 1hr on phone with me to setup web monitoring after system connected. Very thorough. Would highly recommend this company as they believe in good old fashioned customer service so lacking in today's business world.

We initially used this company to install our 5kw solar system about 7 years ago and found them to be outstanding in their professionalism. The battery charged from 3Kw to 11.5Kw in just under 3 hours, which I'm happy with. All staff involved in the process were easy to deal with - Thea English in the office, Darren with the site inspection, and installation by Stephen and Michael. They worked with me at all stages to address my questions and deliver a solution to meet my needs and wants. I have no hesitation in recommending Greener Housing Solutions.

I had battery backup installed a few months ago. It has been fantastic. These guys know their stuff and made my bill in credit. We had a black out the other day and my neighbours came over for a coffee and watched TV with us while everyone else had no power. Thank you Greener Housing Solutions. I was in a spot of trouble, the company that sold me my solar energy system, disappeared and when it failed again the Chinese manufacturing company told me to fix it myself! I was referred to Greener Housing Solutions, what a difference. I was put at ease, made to feel that I matter and given great advice. I spoke to Thea and she arranged the changeover and later sent a folder with loads of helpful information. It was like a blast from the past, you don't get this quality of service today. That was about a year ago,Recently I was receiving communications from my power provider, it was all overwhelming, I hesitate worrying others about my problems, but I gave Thea a call and she talked me through this and put my mind at ease. All this knowing that there wasn't going to be a sale, Thea told me if I have any more concerns, just call they will be pleased to help, what an angel. I cant recommend this company enough.
