My experience with Paul from Green Energy Needs has been 10/10 from a professionally responsible service delivery perspective. My son recommended Paul to me based on his research on hot water systems. INITIAL ASSESSMENT Paul came by, did a thorough check on my existing system and genuinely tried to see if it could be salvaged. Perchance a good 15mins was spent without any conditions for future business etc and all for no cost. I felt hopeful of receiving a reliable service from Paul’s business at this point. I mention this because, I was ripped of a good 280 AUD by an “ OzWarm homes” technician for simply glancing at the old unit for 2-3 minutes just the day before with a fine print that the $280 would come off the final bill if I used their services further. That brief interaction had left me feeling duped and trapped. INSTALLATION Paul’s technicians installed the RHEEM hot water unit promptly and neatly. They couldn’t answer my queries on configuring the systems setup as it came with preset parameters and perhaps they were not required to tweak them. POST INSTALLATION The hot water was still very sub optimal throughout my property. Paul graciously answered all my calls and came himself as well as with technician’s to troubleshoot with no avail. Finally Paul organised a Rheem technician who, verified that the Rheem system and installation was faultless but there had to a fault in my properties plumbing network. Paul organised Darren the plumber who identified a pre-existing fault at my laundry line which was leaking out hot water. Darren was extremely efficient despite his recent knee surgery. So through Paul I now have a trustworthy Plumber in my list of honest Tradesmen . Thankyou Paul, the world remains a great place to be in for having exceptional humans like you. I am truly grateful.
