Couldn't recommend Clean Energy more highly. Listened to my requirements, suggested good solutions and gave a fair quote. Installation was professional and quick. The follow up when there was an equipment problem ( due to the manufacture ) was exceptional. they replaced it in 24h with no cost for us.

We are really happy with our solar installation job by Clean Energy. Lincoln was very easy to deal with and the installation was done on time. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for good value for money.

Sales and quoting process - factual and to the point without the common sales pitch. Prompt, genuine, friendly Installation - Excellent - workmen were professional, efficient, obliging and left the work-site clean and tidy The entire process ran like a perfectly tuned Rolls Royce.

Great from start to finish. Customer service is second to none. Even through organising, quoting and planning. Always dealing with a friendly and helpful voice through the phone instead of waiting for machines. It’s the 1% of personal touch that counts. Even if it’s the small details of making sure the support struts on a scissor lift are padded with cardboard to keep driveways clean and scratch free. Thank you Clean energy!

Really happy with the clean energy team. They designed a system to meet my needs and give good value for money. The tariff review service where they recommended an energy plan based on my energy use was a real bonus as i didn't need to worry about doing any research to pick the right plan. They also offer this as an ongoing service.

Very happy with the experience when dealing with Clean Energy. Main reason for selecting them was that they listened and offered what I wanted. I had an existing PV system and wanted to add to it. We’ve had 3 other companies coming around, but the no pressure approach during the quotation process by Clean Energy was refreshing. After I approved the installation, they’ve handled everything else for me. They kept me up to date with the progress. The installation team were polite and installed the solar panels without breaking a single tile. The product seems absolutely brilliant and the app we are using to visually track our solar power is exceptionally detailed. Before solar we used to pay over $600 each quarter, the last bill we received was $81.43 While certainly not the cheapest provider around, in the end you get what you pay for

I ve been a builder for 32 years and I would have to say that the Clean Energy team are the most professional I have seen in the solar market. Great to deal with from the start, and not having to deal with call centers in Sydney!!! based in Brisbane using Brisbane people. Contacted straight away, my needs listened to and a system designed to suit Installation was prompt, punctual a great group of guys 3 installers had the job done in a day. Using the inverter and app was explained well left no mess, quality install!

We could not be happier with the advice and service provided by George and the team at Clean Energy. We are currently building a new house and they had absolutely no issues in working with our builder to install the PV panels and inverter whilst the house was under construction. They communicated well with the site supervisor and made sure to coordinate the PV installation to avoid interruptions to the builder and their work. From our initial discussions we were extremely happy with George and his efforts to design a system to suit our needs. His quote was competitively priced and was very thorough. The installation could not have been smoother and we have no hesitations in recommending them.

I submitted the info's to Clean Energy, in a very short time I had the solar proposal explaining everything about the 6.6 system I chose, the cost the savings and the best solar panels lay out. A few days later the crew was already at my premises. What a fantastic crew. So friendly and answered me all the questions I had. I obtained 7 quotes in order to get a balanced understanding of the market and chose Clean Energy to undertake the project. The rep George, was very thorough in his assessment of our roof space and materials and also the system design. He was keen to understand what we wanted to achieve, our financial expectations and our family needs, which are unique due to having 2 people with disabilities in the home. The quoting process was inclusive and gave us a strong sense of confidence that we would get a quality product and excellent service. Installation occurred 2 weeks later and thanks to their efficient communication with our electricity provider, everything went smoothly and on time. The installation team were amazing: efficient, tidy, respectful, polite and to top it of they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their price was competitive and the outcomes have met our expectations. Clean Energy is a very professional company who I can confidently recommend to anyone wanting to have solar installed.

I highly recommend Clean Energy to anybody who wants quality. From the initial consultation where George was very knowledgeable and patient, to the installation where the guys, in my wife's words, were polite, friendly and just wonderful to deal with. I can be fussy but the finished job is second to none, they even do the little things like trifoliate labels on the isolators and switchboard. I love the monitoring system they use, simple to read and easy to understand. If you want quality product with great customer service you cannot go pass Clean Energy. 10 out of 10.

As I prefer to opt for quality over just basic I was swayed by the professionalism of George from Clean Energy to have them install what I consider to be an outstanding system. The reward of being almost completely off the grid is a great comfort as I head for retirement. I have purchased another system like mine with a Home Battery for my daughters new home. Having a mortgage to pay without a high electricity bill coming in regularly is a great wedding present in my mind.

Totally professional from start to finish could not have asked for better Customer Service. Even after installation still get follow up phones calls to ensure everything ok. We had our 5kw system installed in Nov 2017 and it’s almost paid off for itself. The service we received from Clean Energy was outstanding and I can tell you that feeling when you get your next power bill is fantastic. My brother-in-law is an old school electrician and he was very impressed with the installation. We have a steep roof, not easy to access and it took the guys 2 days to complete the job. They didn’t charged us anything extra. Very happy with their No Hidden Costs, No Surprises policy.

I do not usually write feedback but Clean Energy did such a wonderful and stress free job that I decided to leave a review for them. George came out to our house and patiently answered all our questions. He spent over 2 hours helping us understand how solar will work for us and how we should use our appliances more efficiently. I am 48 years of age and never experienced such a good approach. I definitely would love to recommend Clean Energy to all the people out there.

We’ve been referred to Clean Energy by one of our family friends and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish we’ve dealt with only one person who made the process very simple and took care of everything for us. Since then our bills have been reduced by more than 80% and we’ve referred George and Clean Energy to all our friends.

Finally bought my own home and was looking forward to transitioning to renewable energy. Had one company provide a quote, then contacted Clean Energy for a second opinion. Clean Energy provided much better customer experience for a comparable price and as an easy choice for getting a system installed. They installed the system within two weeks (earlier than expected) and made this really easy. It's great to know that the system is producing more electricity than the household use, even during the winter. I'll gladly give Clean Energy my strong recommendation if you're looking for solar.

What an easy process!! From start to finish Clean Energy has been excellent to deal with. Very professional and friendly, no BS. From consult, installation and aftercare has been very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your solar needs. Our bill used to be around $600 mark, the last one since solar was $43, yup that's not a typo. $43 for 3 months!?! Don’t bother with anyone else, these guys are fantastic!

Clean Energy was recommended to me by my brother and nephew who had both had solar installed by them. I required a roof repair and restoration, a new antenna and solar system installed. When contacted Clean Energy we asked for 'Toyota Solar System" meaning a good quality system that will last good 20 years without costing an arm and a leg. Their quoted exactly that based on our research of the brands for inverter and panels quoted. This equipment was then handed to a profesional installation crew that excel our expectation following the electrical code for this kind of system even inside the cavity roof which I got in an checked after they notified me that system was completed. Job very well done. Thanks guys!!!

6.6kw system. Best money I ever spent. First quarter we ended up $158 in credit. The sales guy Gorge was great. We had him at our house for about three hours asking him every question about solar and how it all works you can possibly imagine. We paid the deposit which was only 10% of the total cost up front and the rest after install. Our first bill with solar was $158 credit and for that same period last year before we got solar it was $320. I highly recommend getting solar and using Clean Energy.
