Thought I'd take advantage of the great prices at G-store and ordered a continuous flow water heater. Unfortunately, I then discovered that my gas pipes were not big enough to run this unit. When I phoned and spoke to Dale, he quickly understood the problem and offered to refund my money in total without any hesitation or pressure to buy a different unit. Fantastic service. I will recommend this store to all my friends and will certainly shop here again. Thanks

Dear G-Store People I am writing to thank you for the extraordinarily good value and quality of service you provided in the course of my recent purchase of a Braemar TH420 central heating unit. Your price for the unit was the most competitive in the market and the process of shipping to NSW was flawless in its efficiency (and inexpensive). I also appreciated your personal attention - in 'phoning me to ensure that the correct unit was shipped. The end result is that, in the midst of a cold winter, our home is once again warm. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a heating unit to do so through G-Store. The unit was installed, in Sydney, by the excellent John Montgomery. Having paid the installation fee, I was still around $1,000 better off than I would have been if i had not purchased the heating unit though G-Store. Thanks
