Unfortunately, I then discovered that my gas pipes were not big enough to run this unit. When I phoned and spoke to Dale, he quickly understood the problem and offered to refund my money in total without any hesitation or pressure to buy a different unit. Fantastic service. Your price for the unit was the most competitive in the market and the process of shipping to NSW was flawless in its efficiency (and inexpensive). I also appreciated your personal attention - in 'phoning me to ensure that the correct unit was shipped. The end result is that, in the midst of a cold winter, our home is once again warm. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a heating unit to do so through G-Store. The unit was installed, in Sydney, by the excellent John Montgomery. After our quotation we had some issues as living in a body corporate and one of the committee wanting every bit of information. You attended to this, supplying all the technical specifications and even came and took extra photos which you supplied without delay. We were most grateful for that as the committee only meets every second month and we needed approval to obtain the higher government rebate. The date you said the installation would be was exact and your team of installers were equally proficient and explained how the system operated and supported what a good system it was. I have no hesitation in recommending you and G-Store to any prospective customers.

Wednesday 13th January, 2021Neil Mullenger from VictoriaMark from G-Store was quickest to respond to my request for a quote and throughout the process was highly responsive and helpful. I ended up with 8 Ben Q panels with Enphase micro inverters at a very competitive price. Installation was very quick - about a week from signing the deal. Installers arrived at the crack of dawn ie about 7am and worked consistently and efficiently to complete in about half a day. They also replaced my old fuse board for a new RCD one, again at an extremely competitive price. I went for high end panels with micro inverters after consulting with Mark about my needs. I am interested in battery storage in the future when this becomes economic and micro inverters will allow me to up-scale the system easily at that point. They also have several efficiency and safety advantages. Throughout, I found Mark not only very knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about solar power generally and he gave me loads of advice which helped us to decide on our final choice of array. Since installation, about two weeks ago, the array has been pumping out more kWhs than I expected and overall we are very happy with the product and the service we received from G-Store. The other advantage of G-Store for me is that they also sell associated systems such as hot water heat pumps which will allows for a total "joined up" household energy system - very useful for future energy efficiency upgrades.

They delivered on all fronts and I’m happy to say they were professional, helpful and reliable and I must mention Adam, because he went out of his way to make sure that I got the best what I asked for. I’m particularly happy with the Emphases micro- inverters and the LG Solar Panels I choose. The online monitoring system works well and gives me reports on energy production and it’s and usage in real time.
I would highly recommend G-Solar and Adam for your solar panel installation because he knew his products and went out of his way to answer any questions.

I had tried several plumbers and electricians about fixing a pump for our water tank bought at the G-Store many years ago - all told me it was useless and I'd need to buy a new one as it would be too expensive to fix. I rang the G-Store in Malvern to get prices on a new one, but instead, Callum asked why the old one wasn't working as it was a good model. He diagnosed the fault, and gave me information (in plain non-techie english) allowing me to easily fix the pump myself in about 3 minutes. He cost the store a sale, but made an already happy customer even happier, and more than willing to recommend your store to anyone. Thanks guys - that's really superior service

We ordered a 7.68 KW system using 24 LG 320w Black Neon2 panels with Enphase microinverters. On the designated installation date, the installers arrived early and the install was completed by 3:30 that afternoon, very quick considering the extra work required to connect to our 3 Phase supply. I would recommend the G-Store for anyone looking for a Solar PV system."

From the 1st contact we were comfortable that they were the right choice. We signed up and had the system installed in 2 weeks. We had a minor issue which we didn’t know about but G Store contacted us and arranged for a replacement part.
Their solar installers were professional and when the safety inspector came around he commented on how their work is always well done! The electrical inspector did take a few weeks to come around and sign off on the system so we could get the electricity fed back into the grid. This was not the fault of G Store.
G Store are not the cheapest but I would recommend them in an instant. Their before and after sales service is amazing!

Having not making a site visit prior, the installers discovered it was trickier than anticipated. Nonetheless, they had an aweome "can do" attitude and made it work without any fuss... There were also no additional charges even though it probably ended up taking longer than expected. Can highly recommend Dion and his team and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Based on my research, I contacted GStore as the they are suppliers of the LG panels that I wanted. Adam was great in explaining the best options and he spend time trying to design the best solution within my budget. Installation was smooth with good qualified installers, accommodating my special request for internet connection. I forgot that I was in the middle of switching my electricity retailer, Sean in the GStore office was great in resubmitting the paperwork to the new electricity retailer. Above all, the system capacity solution is almost perfect for my consumption, I changed few appliances consumption to peak generation time as recommended by Adam. Thank you for a job well done
