They were amazing from start to finish, making it the most positive experience and the best system and installation I have seen. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to what we were hoping to achieve and shared their knowledge and experience with us. They handled all the paperwork for the government rebates and we knew what was happening all the way along. I cannot recommend them highly enough. First, it is a locally owned business. Second, they have been around for a while so it is evident that they have mastered their craft. Third they use quality equipment. The service and professionalism from the team was simply on point. Even after the system was up and running there was follow up visits and thorough training. I highly recommend Future NRG for anyone considering solar.

They kept me informed, were neat and tidy and did an great job. The heating is fantastic. Our house is warm and cosy. I would recommend getting ‘the Nest’. It’s brilliant.

From obtaining a quote for a new Reclaim energy hot water system to installation. Excellent communication and customer service during the installation as I was not able to be there on the day they ensured I was happy with location, approval of works and even sent photos.
The hot water is amazing and already have seen a reduction in electricity costs. Would definitely recommend Shaun and his team at Future NRG Solar Power Specialists and looking at future upgrades to solar next and maybe heating too. Thanks Angela

Saturday 17th July, 2021Merry Nicholas from VictoriaI am so very happy. Future NRG have been working with me to convert all gas usage to electricity in man house. To this end they have installed a full complement of solar panels. I was so impressed with the way this work was carried out I asked them to install a large split system and while they are at it please put in new lights and fans in the house. This was done very quickly. Next my gas hot water was useless and expensive. I read up on the hot water systems available on Future NRG website then rang Matty (NRG sales person). I asked for this conversion on Monday and, It was fully installed by Friday same week. Words cannot express my appreciation for this type of workmanship and friendly service. After install Shaun rang to check that I was completely happy. Now that is service!!

These have a 30 year performance warranty and a massive 25 year product warranty, coupled with a Fronius solar inverter. I have great peace of mind knowing that this a quality solar system. The customer service throughout the whole sale was amazing from my first point of contact all the way through to the final payment. They installers were very professional. Dealing both with Graeme and Shaun made this process great. I would definitely recommend FutureNRG for anything Solar Related.

Installation was carried out by a courteous and very organised team who were finished in a day.
Follow up software support was controlled by Graeme who checked in regularly to see how everything was performing.
I would recommend Future NRG for any Solar work!

We had 6.6 kW system with a Fronius inverter + monitoring installed with Tier 1 Trina panels. Excellent service and very competitive price. The installer Ash was also very good. Definitely worth getting a quote from these guys. Highly recommended!
