Professional installation and customer support team! They know what they are doing! I recommend Expert Electrical to others! The team was very organise and could complete the job in half a day without issue!

Prompt reply to sale enquiry. Discussed options for placement and range of equipment during site visit. Installed about 2 weeks after signing contract. Friendly and skilled installation team, arrived in morning at agreed time, good workmanship during installation. Good support post-installation, submitted paperwork to distributor and retailer the next day. Got inverter online tracking system running next day. First few weeks of performance indicating high yields and smooth bell curve of performance through the day.

We recently purchased an existing house and Expert Electrical recently upgraded our solar system from 22x185w Panels combined with a 2kw inverter to the latest 16 x 315w Hyundai Panels and 5kw SMA Sunnyboy inverter...what a difference. In the first month of operation the new system has produced 847kwh since installation on 24/8/20 to 24/9/20. These guys removed the old system totally, which we onsold as a small working unit and replaced it with the above which is working a treat We would highly recommend these guys as they were very professional from quote to installation, we could not fault their presentation prior to engagement or the works carried out.

From first contact, Marti was very informative and helpful. She came out for a site assessment, supervised by Megan as it was her first. I knew what to expect, what came next and it was just all so simple! The installation date was less than 2 weeks from first contact, Jack and Chris did a fantastic job - everything as left neat and tidy, like they hadn't been there! Expert Electrical installed a 6.6kw solar system for us. Jack and Chris did an excellent install, we're on time, polite and courteous. PV system up and running in a day.

The lead up to instalation was delayed by other builders. Even so, Expert Electrical were understanding, patient, friendly and professional. Once ready the instalation was completed quickly. I'm very happy with the solar instalation.

Great service and great products.

The guys rocked up at 7:30am they must have left home at 5:00am. Nice bunch of guys, straight into it, old system off in 40 minutes. Fully installed and finished by 11:30am. The solar panels have been on now for 3 weeks and have produced 150% of the power that old 1.5kw system did in 3 months. Excellent considering that the weather has been wet and overcast most of the 3 weeks. Very happy, Expert Electrical are highly recommended.

A very easy, good experience. Ben did a fair quote and Jack did a great installation even in the rain!. Installation was 15kw REC / SMA system . System looks great on the install nice and tidy. Definitely deserve 5 stars. Thank you Expert Electrical.

Excellent communication right from the start with Ben. The work was carried out on time, efficiently and they even tidied up wiring in my electrical box. I purchased a SMA 5 kW system with 5.6 kw of 350w panels. The SMA smart system meter is great and the system is outputting just over 30kw. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a solar system

I just had a Solar Power System installed with an SMA Inverter and Trina Panels. The sales process and install has been trouble free. Great guys, great system, thumbs up from me.

Great company - unlike other providers they came out personally to provide a quote. Andrew was ridiculously knowledgeable and explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect. Great communication from Joran who went above and beyond to schedule the install around extended wet weather. Ended up sending staff to Brisbane to fit us in on the weekend. Caleb and Deonte were on site first thing, were finished by lunchtime and did a great job. Everything was explained to us throughout the process and Megan made the whole thing easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend these guys, they were great. Five Stars

Awesome experience with the discussion and quote process with Scott in gathering our requirements. Once the contract was signed the customer service team followed up with an install date. Newly introduced esignature application was awesome. Installation day was managed very well and the installers set up our app and solar monitoring in place. Very seamless process and highly recommend.

Highly recommended and purchase with confidence. At the quotation process stage Dave Mckone was very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining in layman terms the ins and outs of the solar systems available to us. He was also very patient in explaining all the technical queries we had. The install of our solar panels and inverter was done by Jack & Chris our installers, and I have nothing but praise for their knowledge and workmanship in what was difficult conditions under a hot Queensland sun. My new solar power system has performed brilliantly thus far and the smart monitoring is excellent and a worthwhile feature to have. SMA inverter and Solarwatt panels are quality products, so all round a big thumbs up from me
