Extremely unhappy overall. Seven months after a rushed and unfinished off-grid installation we are still chasing warranties and paperwork ourselves. We have now paid someone else to come in a correct the settings and explain how the system is supposed to operate correctly.

Without exaggeration, every part of our experience with EPC Solar was beyond exceptional. The communication, the openness, the friendliness, the price, the quality of the job and the after sales support has been absolutely outstanding. They have always been more than willing to answer as many questions as I asked both before, during and after the install. If you are considering solar, seriously consider EPC Solar.

I would highly recommend EPC Solar. We installed a 30kw system on our commercial building in Dec 19 / Jan 20 and EPC have not only been extremely efficient but extremely thorough also. We initially decided to get Solar due to the ACT government rebate offered. Once we decided to proceed, we called one of our retail customers who we knew had also installed Solar. He also used and highly recommended EPC Solar. From start to finish and ongoing they have been very diligent and great to work with. We even had a major issue with the ACT government whereas we nearly didn't receive our rebate as there were a couple of steps to the claim which I had overlooked. This had nothing to do with EPC and EPC had been paid in full. However, the service and help I received from EPC was nothing short of extraordinary to help me rectify the problem and successfully claim the rebate. I believe one of the reasons I was successful, is the ACT Government were fully aware of the quality and thoroughness of EPC Solar's work which I suspect helped my claim. Further, the modelling for projected savings we received from EPC Solar prior to authorising the installation has been very accurate.
