A while back the team from Australian Enviro Projects installed a solar system on our home. It was perfectly done, and the results were exactly what we were after. Then today I get a call from Thomas, their ace installation engineer, advising me that they had remotely detected a fault on one of the devices, and they needed to get up on my roof to fix it. On top of that, it was all under warranty, so no cost to me. Today Thomas did it, and while he was up there, he cleared some leaves off the panels and cleaned them for me. If that’s not 5 star service, I don’t know what is. Excellent work, Matt and team. Can’t recommend highly enough.
