Brilliant product! Great to see excellent engineering coming out of Australia. The cooling system on the battery is well done. This is a product that works for consumers and optimises my tariff regardless of whichever retailer I choose. Full empowerment and gives me flexibility and maximum savings. I have had multiple power outages (thanks Ausgrid!!!) and have enjoyed minimal disruption and a healthy fridge. This system was installed in 2022 and it hasn't missed a beat since.

We have had the Empower ElektroBank 14 installed since 2022, and it has been a fantastic investment. From Day 1 our energy bills dropped dramatically as a result of using more of my solar power to power our home rather than feeding excess energy into the grid, at very low return. With the Elektrobank we became in control of my free solar energy, hence maximising home consumption and buying less from the energy retailer. Now we have recently started using the battery with Amber as our retailer and we are saving even more because we are buying and selling directly in the wholesale market. Our home is now our baby power station, and we are a player, so enjoying the participation and payback! The true value of having the ElektroBank behind the meter battery shines through with the small monthly bills. Now we are paid real $ to export our excess solar energy when the wholesale prices spike with the ElektroBank taking the load during peak times. Recently our bill was negative after earning $80 one evening! During a recent power outage, the battery seamlessly kicked in, keeping key circuits in our home powered when we needed it most. Unlike other batteries I considered, the ElektroBank 14 is built for Australia’s tough weather and performs reliably even in extreme heat. The system integrates smoothly with my solar setup, and the app makes it easy to track my energy usage. After several years of use, I can confidently say it offers excellent value, and its safe being designed and built to the very highest international and Australian standards. Furthermore, the local support team has been fantastic, our ElektroBank has never missed a Watt!

I couldn't be happier with my new Empower solar and battery system. The installation process was incredibly quick and easy, and the smart battery optimisation for Amber wholesale pricing has worked really well so after the first month we're paying almost nothing for electricity! The mobile app is great and makes it easy to track my solar and energy savings in real time and gives me confidence that I'm getting the most out of my system. It has been great keeping comfortable running the air-con during the day from solar and overnight from the battery, knowing so much of our energy is from renewable sources and also having backup power in case of an outage. I highly recommend Empower Energy to anyone looking for a fully-featured and reliable battery solution.
