Pleasant,polite and proficient. Well presented and easy to get along with. Cleaned up after finishing the job and took all rubbish away. Would highly recommend this business for any AC work.

DNR made it easy from the beginning when Ben came to quote and explained everything succinctly. I asked for clarity on a number of matters and so was invited to the office and warehouse at Morriset. It was comforting to find a busy but tidy warehouse and all my queries answered clearly. When Dom , Jared and Leon came to install the system, they went about their task professionally without any errors. And the system works really well throughout the house. Well done DNR

When my husband and I made the decision to install ducted aircon in our home, DNR was highly recommended to us. Ben was very informative about the Actron Air ducted systems. We were not disappointed. From the outset of initial enquiry through design, quote, site inspection and installation, the communication, quality and professionalism of all staff and tradespersons was 10 out of 10. Excellent response and communication throughout the process of getting ducted air conditioning and solar panels installed. Sam and Ben were excellent as were the installation teams for the systems. They installers were efficient and they knew their jobs and got on with them. They were super friendly and helpful, and cleaned up at the end of the job really well. Professional from the get-go; with prompt call backs and follow up resulting in a competitive price for my Hyundai/Sungrow + Solar Analytics. A special shout-out to Brendan and his offsider who battled 38C (in the shade) heat, and still completed the install on the day.

This team is tight. Installed our Solar System and throughout the process from the initial consultation at the office in Morriset to full installation they were on point. Sam accommodated us outside of business hours to discuss further and Brandon after the install spent time with us explaining the final process. 100% in Customer Service. Happy we went with DNR.

Ben was prompt with his return call to our inquiry he visited our elderly mother to look at her air conditioning the same day and we received a call and quote later that day. One week later it was installed mum said they were lovely and polite and she was very happy and comfortable with them in her home. Thanks team

Contacted several company's regarding quotes for solar panel installation. DNR weren't the cheapest or most expensive but had a very high quality quotation with, what i believe, were better quality panels and long warranty. Being local (not from Syd) was also a positive. Very professional, on time, no issues and went through everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a new Solar system to replace my old one . Much better inverter and many more panels . Brandon and the boys absolutely wonderful . Polite , helpful and patient with my questions . Delivered and a beautiful job and cleaned up everything . Having trouble with my phone app but Brandon was happy for me to call him in the days to come if still not working properly as he could see the system working well on his app . Then a lovely follow up phone call from the owner Sam to see how things went and to chat about app not working for me .Again he could see on his computer everything working well .
