DMC gave me the best advice even after purchasing from another company. They sought no compensation or business. I rang a week later after cancelling with another company to have an appointment with a rep. Got the best info and received professional service from the staff and the installers were second to none, immaculate installation conducted by professional people and after having my system since 2020 I have saved a lot of money and have only the highest recommendation for this company. This company operates with ethics unlike many in this industry.

Best company we've dealt with in a very long timeHave been amazing to us, especially after the install. If you do value people who actually care, then make sure you use them. A good old fashioned company like yesteryear.

Something specialWell, if you're thinking of doing solar, you need to speak with this company. I've worked for a trade lead supplier for sometime, and we have literally hundreds of solar companies on our books. I heard about DMC and their reputation through this means. Many of the companies warned me not to supply them with leads, and if I did they wouldn't purchase through us as they were "impossible to sell against". After getting quotes from multiple companies for a family members system, DMC were definitely them most informative, and after a lot of deliberation we decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, the day they first came out was raining, ad they had to leave at around 10am with the job half done. We were a little worried about this, and subsequent bad weather meant the job didn't get finished for two weeks. However, they did remain in contact and did work with us on a suitable time. The job eventually got done, and everything seemed fine. Based on this, I had DMC do my own personal system on my own house 2 moths later. This was a larger system, and my roof is very difficult which is why we hadn't done it earlier. As usual we got a couple of comparison quotes, and this is where things got interesting. All the other companies told me that I could only go to around 10kws, yet DMC insisted this was not the case and that we could put 5 panels on optimizers. this became a very difficult process as all the other companies said this couldn't be done, and to beware of them as a company. we got so confused we eventually called the manufacturers of both the inverter and the CEC and were told that DMC were correct the whole time. Feeling happy we got the system installed and everything went like a dream. But it wasn't over just yet. We had a leak on Christmas day from a huge storm that moved through. I messaged them, very angry, on Christmas day and was responded to immediately by the owner, who was very upset, but assured me he would make sure everything ok again. Well, to their credit they were out on boxing day, and my roof has been fixed. I've dealt with a lot of trade companies as previously mentioned, and none of them had the customer service of these guys which is why I've decided to leave a detailed review for any future buyers. easily the best solar company that I've dealt with both in business and personally.
