Great company to deal with. No high pressure salespersons pushing you to sign up. Initial contact was with Dion, who was a pleasure to deal with. Together we decided on the best system to suit our needs balancing cost and quality. Dion organised Luke (Install Manager) to come to our house to determine the best location for the inverter. Once again Luke was a pleasure to deal with. A few weeks later the install team turned up and our system was installed. From my point of view we received a professional quality installation. If you want good people to deal with, a quality system for a reasonable price, do your self a favour contact DE Energy.

James and Dion were great, James checked out my property in person, other companies didn't bother.Dion set up my WiFi to my phone for me.Installation was fast, got my first power bill, down from $579 a quarter to$45! Very happy

If you're getting a solar system installed, get DE energy to install it. These guys are genuinely committed to their customers to a level I've never experienced. I had the best experience! I had a solar system installed at home. There were a few unexpected roll out hiccups and DE energy supported me 100%. And they have the best prices and use decent brand equipment also. After the installation, a smart arse meter box inspector defected our existing meter box because the master switch was 20mm to close to an existing circuit breaker and refused to install the smart meter. DE Energy fixed it next day even though it was clearly not their fault. Then I couldnt get the app working on my phone. Jay drove 1.5 hrs to my home on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it within 5 mins. Both times they could have easily told me to nick off but they jumped in and supported me to solve the problems - that wasnt even their problem or fault. I am so stoked with DE Energy. They are sensational.

The team at DE Energy were great. They were helpful in selecting the right system, fast to respond to my questions, always friendly and professional, and the installation team were on time and did a great job. They were also eager to help with the inverter wifi setup when I had issues. I highly recommend this team.

The quality of service we got from that first call to the installation was impressive! Everything was streamline and one the most easiest processes. If your looking for a Great Brisbane Quality company that won’t rip you off on solar then contact these guys! Phil, Bill, David and the crew on the day were A+, super friendly, down to earth. We had so many companies try to rip us off with crazy quotes for the same systems. I’m glad we found DE Energy! Not the mention the crew got done it done half a day!!! We are so impressed from start to finish!

Experience with salesman was very good… only downfall was the installation. The installers left holes in the roof and ended up flooding part of the house during rain. DE Energy paid for the repair in the end and she was happy with their customer service and follow up.

Had my solar 6.6kw , 24 panels installed yesterday, team turned up on time about 7:30am. Very friendly team members, also received a bottle of wine from them. Price is reasonable. Good choice. Highly recommended!
