Together we decided on the best system to suit our needs balancing cost and quality. Dion organised Luke (Install Manager) to come to our house to determine the best location for the inverter. Once again Luke was a pleasure to deal with. A few weeks later the install team turned up and our system was installed. From my point of view we received a professional quality installation. These guys are genuinely committed to their customers to a level I've never experienced. I had the best experience! I had a solar system installed at home. There were a few unexpected roll out hiccups and DE energy supported me 100%. And they have the best prices and use decent brand equipment also.
After the installation, a smart arse meter box inspector defected our existing meter box because the master switch was 20mm to close to an existing circuit breaker and refused to install the smart meter. DE Energy fixed it next day even though it was clearly not their fault.
Then I couldnt get the app working on my phone. Jay drove 1.5 hrs to my home on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it within 5 mins.
Both times they could have easily told me to nick off but they jumped in and supported me to solve the problems - that wasnt even their problem or fault.
I am so stoked with DE Energy. They are sensational.

We had the panels installed right a week after we signed off installation agreement and friendly installers came on time and finished off within eight hours. DE Energy had us on waiting list for Energex staff to upgrade meter one month earlier than we expected which was exciting to start using solar energy within a month of whole purchase. It was very surprisingly excellent performance of what we getting from the size we are using. We had 143 kwh from 6.48kw system, just in five days during autumn season in Gold Coast. We can monitor the solar power generated time to time with the Free WiFi stick via inverter to server, thanks DE Energy for the awesomely quick customer service and product we are getting. Highly recommended!
