I live in a rural area so know that city businesses have to maximize their travel time to minimise costs for us but I was kept well informed about what was happening. The staff were all friendly and helpful. To be honest I bought on a recommendation so don't feel I can comment on quality and value. I believe you get what you pay for to some extent so happy customers were more important than looking for the cheapest price. They did all they said they would do, efficiently and courteously. Well done.

We used Cool or Cosy Perth to install a new solar panel electricity system when our old one died after 10 years. Staff were polite and helpful during the negotiation process and the price was lower than the companies with a large advertising budget. I requested and received contact details of several people who recently had similar work performed for reference purposes. The work was done on the promised day. Some damage occurred to our recently re-bedded tiled verge for which an offset charge was made as agreed at the time of contract. I was disappointed at the location selected by the installer for the inverter as he could have covered up most of the visible damage seen when the pre-existing inverter was removed. Post installation contact was good and the office staff proved attentive.

Since start using it , never pay for the bill but credit instead. Never worry for big bill same as before...all my friend say the same.
