Hi Tony, I would just like to let you know how well everything has gone with the recent installation of our SunPower Solar system. From start (first phone call) to finish (generating power) everything has been great. The installation day was so easy with the team of guys turning up and getting everything installed in a day with minimal fuss and complete respect for our property. The sales and support team have kept us informed with phone & email communication so we knew what to expect and when (and everything happened as expected). The 4.91kW system has been running for a week now and all looks good with an average 30kWh per day produced so far. I had heard so many horror stories around the installation of solar systems so it was great to have a very professional & friendly service provided by your team along with a quality system. Thanks again.

My first impression of Cola Solar, from the very first enquiry phone call, was one of friendly professionalism. The technical sales person arrived when he said he would, knew what he was talking about, quickly understood our needs, and put forward valid and price-competitive options. Once we selected our system, he worked in background to get the pre-approvals done, and kept us in the loop. The job included an 80m power run and sub-board in the shed, as well as the 5KW system installation. The two installation teams showed up on time, one team working on the panels and inverter, while the other focused on the long cable run and power reticulation in the shed – they even helped making sure the trench was exactly right. Despite the coldest day in 20 years, with rain, sleet and freezing wind, the whole team worked tirelessly to have everything installed, and power to our bottom shed, in less than a day. Wow! What a superb effort! They installed everything expertly, cleaned up after themselves (an excellent indicator of proud tradesmen), explained everything in terms I could understand, and left us with no doubt that we had just witnessed true professionals providing an excellent customer service experience. I would highly recommend Cola Solar to any prospective customer, without a moments hesitation, and to the point where I’d be happy to show my system to any prospective Cola Solar customer in my area. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of the Cola Solar installation team coming to our house and installing our system. Despite very hot & trying conditions, the team, led by Troy, did a wonderful, professional job. More companies could take a lesson from what is obviously a very competent & efficient company. Cola Solar did not let me down in any way. It is soooooooooo nice to deal with such a customer friendly company! By the way, the only thing that the team didn’t do was to erect the “Cola Solar” signs out the front.

Hi Cola Solar, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Josh and the team. Our 5.4KW system is running great. Our last two 30 day bill cycles have been $8 and $5! For a family of three with all electrical appliances and a mother and baby on maternity leave, I am amazed at the low bills. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Cheers Paul.

Just a note to say that I am very happy with the way things have gone. Shane for his putting the deal together, Jai for the excellent explanations of the detailed questions I wanted answered, then Matt and his crew and later the sparkies with the tidy up bits to be done. Also very happy with the desktop monitor which works a treat and was of real appeal to us. We have taken this big decision for us in order to offset the cost of a reverse cycle heater we have had installed, so as to cut down the nearly 6 months of wood heater going 24/7, given the growing scarcity of wood – and the difficulty in its cutting, transport etc. So far all progressing nicely. Quite happy for you to cite me a referee for people who are enquiring about your service…specially with all the ‘shonkies’ touting about! Again thank you.

Cola Solar has been excellent in their supply, fitting and service during the purchase and installation. The installation crew were excellent, quick, tidy, friendly and communicative. Contact with the administration has also been a pleasure with advice, information and support at all facets of the purchase and installation with a great friendly attitude. Pricing of the installation was at a very competitive price and the sales person was very capable and informative. The power back in to the grid was $1445.00 – this is even better than what we first worked on so to all the staff, a job well done THANK YOU.

I have just received my first bill with a full quarters solar production. My bills were previously $600 and the bill I just received was $68. I am very impressed particularly as this was my winter bill in the period with the lowest expected solar production. It’s great that I can have the pool pump running during going the day. I’m very pleased.

The Crew at ColaSolar were exceptional in their service from the informative and considerate sales representative, to the efficient installation crew, to the friendly and accommodating finance administration. My old water service broke, so I bought a solar hot water service and 2kw of panels as the costs were very reasonable. The first attempt at the solar water installation needed to be postponed due to the age of the gas pipes leading to my house. ColaSolar replaced the pipes at a good price. In addition, due to bad timing, my water service broke just before I needed to travel overseas for work. ColaSolar’s professionalism meant that I was able to address matters during my travels. I have full confidence in this business.

Having researched and looked at numerous other Solar suppliers it was refreshing to meet a company who were not “snake oil” salespeople. The system purchase was simple with all my and my wife’s questions answered openly and honestly with your pricing structure being very competitive. The installation team were very professional in their work with the whole process being completed with minimal disruption to my home, all the wiring was installed in a very neat manner. Your entire team are a credit to you and your company. Although we had a slight problem during installation this has now been sorted in a very profession and manner. Hi Tony, As you know, you installed our solar system in April 2011. What a bonus! We are more than thrilled with the results. Firstly, the installation was done on the day that it was arranged for and the team worked tirelessly to complete it. Since having the solar system installed, we have only received one electricity account – that was the first one after the installation and it was only for $46.00. Our subsequent accounts have been in credit. We are not only saving money, we are making money! We were very happy with the professionalism of you and your team and the extra electrical work that you did for us without charge. It makes a change to have such great service. Our neighbour was so impressed with the results that she had a system installed as well. Thanks again.

I have had an excellent response from Scott at Cola Solar…very pleasant to do business with and also quite helpful. He went through all the options and gave me a great system and Heat Pump at unbeatable prices. Now going through the process and hopefully install within 6-7 weeks. Scott even offered to make an extra trip to fit Heat Pump before Solar so as I could at least have hot water to my new Studio. Would recommend to all.

I would like to thank Cola Solar for their work, the crew turned up on time and completed the job in only one day. The boys were professional, competent and friendly. The 3kw panels were installed very evenly and all wiring etc is very neat. No tiles were broken and no mess left behind. At the same time I had a heat pump hot water system installed and would like to thank their plumber, Marty who went out of his way (after hours and more than a two hour return trip) to solve a problem that may or may not have been related to the installation. If you are thinking of replacing your hot water system I can recommend the heat pump one from Cola Solar. I would also recommend giving Cola Solar a call if you are looking at solar or other energy saving solutions

Thanks for your patience and perseverance in determining the appropriate system for my property in Castlemaine. I am more than happy with the performance with the system, no electricity bills over the peak summer months which was great as it allowed me to use the cooling system more especially during the days when we experienced extremely high temperatures Once again thanks.
