Great service & knowledge, honest and sell & install excellent products. The team at Climatecare go above and beyond with their customer service. We had a solar hotwater system put in and they were really great - we asked a LOT of questions and they provided honest answers, ensuring we got the right system for us. We were so impressed, we also had them update our split system air conditioner - we've saved heaps with both systems now and couldn't be happier.

We recently engaged Climatecare Electrical Rockhampton to install Solar Panels on our roof. Our roof is tiled & we were very apphensive about attaching Solar Panels. Andrew was very patient in explaining to us how brackets are used without drilling through tiles. Their team of Ethan,Will&Darryl, who installed the panels & system, were a pleasure to have at our home. Their work ethos was excellent & Ethan's leadership qualities shone through. I recently had my system installed with Climatecare and I am so impressed by the professional service and friendly technical support I have received throughout the install and sales process! I compared my prices and I wanted a local installer that I could ring and talk to if I needed help or there was a problem. I am impressed with their after sales service, easy finance, scheduling a full maintenance program annually and I even took in my first bill to talk to Kelvin and share the savings with my new solar system! I highly recommend the team, right from the site inspection, sales and admin girls, to the personal support from the owner Kelvin, and even the electricians on site were very keen to show me how it all works!
