We recently had a 6.6kW System installed in Sydney NSW and the team were excellent. We dealt with Matt from Cerium Energy and he provided a online quote followed by a home visit. We went with Seraphim Panels with a Sungrow Inverter. Its been producing great power around 40kW most Sunny days which is awesome. Installers were very nice, explained everything and even setup our monitoring so we can see how much we are making. They did a clean install and took all rubbish home. Would highly recommend Cerium to any one looking for solar.

We were very happy with the services we received recently from Cerium Energy. No hard selling, gave us factual advices on products that may fit our solar needs at the best price. Installation was very efficient and professionally done. Left our place clean and tidy after installation. Best of all, communication and customer service was excellent, answering all our questions courteously and keeping us up to date with our installation schedule due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Great Service from Matt, we got a 6.6kW system installed a few months ago and its been excellent especially for winter time. We got Jinko panels with a Sungrow inverter, very well priced. Installers were great, we had Jason and Zack do our install they were very nice and explained everything in detail and took extra care with our old roof tiles. Highly Recommended.

Excellent and expert installation performed in Ballarat, VIC. 6.66KW system with Sungrow inverter and 370W JinkoSolar panels.

Great experience, saw their ad on facebook and got a quote. The office staff were great spoke to Michael who was very informative and helpful, kept in touch and updated us every step of the way. After speaking to many companies and getting quotes we went with Cerium because of the price and attitude of the staff. We got a Fronius inverter with Seraphim panels, installers were excellent. Arrived on time and did an excellent job with the install. Was a bit worried as have read lots online about people having a bad experience with the install. Inspector came a couple of days after and we were up and connected not long after. System is doing better then our expectations generates around 30kilowatts a day depending on the weather. Would definately recommend the company for excellent service, very quick turn around time and overall a good experience.

Excellent presales, answered all questions quickly, talked my level of tech and explained everything and a sharp price. Installation on time, quick and professional. Cleaned up all waste and job was done in about 5 hours. Thanks guys.

Great experience, we had solar put on our rental property in Rockbank VIC. THe company took care of everything and helped us with the rebate application. The application took a while because of facial recognition issues but that was due to Solar Victoria. The installers came on time and were very professional, did a great job and took all the rubbish with them. System has been installed for 2 months now and generating lots of power. Highly Recomended!

Awesome!! They gave me an straight forward timeline, and were honest about all the cost that would occur, no hidden fees either!! :) Best thing is they handled most the paperwork too!!. We had our 6.6kw system installed recently, our installers worked all day in the heat to finish the job, extremely pleased with the product and the installers' work ethics. They showed us how to connect the system to the monitoring app which is great. The meter re configuration took a couple of weeks but that was expected. Good price good support staff, will recommend to anyone who needs solar.

Very pleased with the Solar, the company took their time to come out and chat to me face to face to work our exactly what system I needed. They didn't pressure me into signing up on the day like a lot of others we had out. Waiting for the battery rebate and will use them again for battery install.

Customer service so far has been excellent. Looking forward to having the system installed. Martin the sales rep was a bit slow putting our paperwork over the Easter break but fair enough they were probably closed.

After speaking to about half a dozen different solar companies and getting quotes and some pretty dodgy advice I eventually came across Cerium. I ended up speaking to Michael and he was absolutely fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. I was supplied with a detailed proposal and a very competitive price for quality branded panels and inverter. Once I agreed they took over everything from there and submitted the rebate application on my behalf which was subsequently approved. We didn’t have to hand over any money at all it was all covered by the Federal and Victorian government rebates and the Victorian governments interest free loan. The install took place a few days ago and the guys were very professional and did a great job. Thanks to Michael the whole process has been a breeze and we honestly couldn’t be happier. Now bring on the sun!!
