Thursday 12th July, 2018Heather Cole from NSWCase were excellent when they came to our rescue regarding our Solar Panels which were installed by another company. They immediately found 3 issues with the panels (not turned on at the panel), only one string was working from Day 1 and cables were incorrectly connected. Once those issues were fixed in a matter of minutes, we started to generate power. Prior to the 60c rebate finishing, we had them install a net metre for us and again, good solid workmanship and great customer service.
