I had contacted Chris, to give me a quote on a new solar system from the phone call to the install they were very professional, they took down the old system and installed the new 6.4KW Neat tidy work i would recommend anyone who is looking to install a new solar system to go with this company Thanks you so much Case solar, we have just received our new bill since the install and to say that i am impressed is an understatement. We decided to install a 6kW solar system to our house to cut back our energy bills and we chose Case Statewide Solar Pty Ltd from several competing companies because they were price competitive and are conveniently located in south west Sydney near where we live. They installed 20 x Jinko Solar 300W 5BB Monocrystalline Percium Module panels on our roof top and a Fronius Primo 5 Single Phase Dual MPPT 5kW Inverter. From my research I am satisfied that these are quality products. Before engaging Case Statewide Solar Pty Ltd I learned they are a small family owned company and most of the work is undertaken by paid staff or family members rather than chiefly by sub contractors which is the case with the competitors I considered. This gave me some comfort as I believe the company is in the best position to assure quality control. The installation was carried out in a tidy, timely, and very professional manner. We are now waiting on our electrical retailer to upgrade our meter box to a smart meter, but excepting for that the installation is complete. The installation has a 10 year warranty, and Case Statewide Solar Pty Ltd manages any manufacturers warranty claims on the Jinko panels or the Fronius inverter. In summary we are very happy to this point.

I live in the Camden area, and went with a local small business, Really happy with there service, prices and products, all tradesman, apprentices, office staff and management very professional and helpful when dealing with. 100% recommend.

Case were excellent when they came to our rescue regarding our Solar Panels which were installed by another company. They immediately found 3 issues with the panels (not turned on at the panel), only one string was working from Day 1 and cables were incorrectly connected. Once those issues were fixed in a matter of minutes, we started to generate power. Prior to the 60c rebate finishing, we had them install a net metre for us and again, good solid workmanship and great customer service.

These guys are great, no problems from start to finish.
