I had a great service, communication was always good and communication was happening during the day of installation so I wasn’t left out in the dark with anything. So experience was great overall – really happy with everything.

I went to a couple of other companies that recommended much larger systems due to low light. Carbon solar were great, they didn’t try to oversell me on my home and they recommended that I remove a tree that was causing the low light condition on my roof. I’m a straight shooter and they did the right thing by me – I’m getting them to install a commercial system on my manufacturing business now.
