11 Jan 2021The installers showed up on time, the job was done in about 7 hours (25x315W Seraphim Blade panels and a Fronius Symo 6.0 inverter). They sent the paperwork to the electricity provider. I have already had smart meter so in a few days I already saw my feed-in on my provider’s dashboard.

11 Jan 2021The thing which stood out was Jason’s (the installer) knowledge, capability and the can do attitude! My job was not a straight forward job but Jason didn’t give up and figured out a way at installation. Very friendly and capable. Surely a 5 star rating for Jason!!! Plus Daniel at the initial stage was also very good! Understood my requirement and catered accordingly. Not tried to be a pushy salesman, but a good person who listens and caters accordingly! Sonia at the office was very helpful and understanding! A perfect team I would say! Thank you!

Im glad i did. Sonya Was great and answered my questions and organised a quote.
Craig, who quoted our job is a qualified electrician, he took the time to explain everything and go through the whole process with us.
Install day, we had 2 electricians install our system, the work was done quickly and everything was done very neat and to code.
Solar is very affordable at the moment in SA.
Rebates from the government are huge, solar has never been priced so low.
This means a very fast payback time.

14 Jul 2020Battery Solar Solutuons is one of the best companies we ever had to deal with.
From our first enquiry, the communication is very prompt and professional. Sonia responded very quickly and answered all our questions without having to follow them up. We wanted a different inverter from the system they offered to us and they changed the work order with no issues. They provided us the most economical quote for a system without sacrificing quality.
They called us to inform us of the installation date and the installation crew arrived on the day within the time frame I was told. The crew are no different from the sales team, very professional and cleaned up after the job is completed. The lead installer took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions before leaving.
Right after the crew left, paperwork and relevant documentations are already in my email inbox waiting for us to go through them.
We are very happy with the service and the products they have provided. Now we are just waiting for our meter to be changed over so we can start reaping the benefits of our solar system. Battery Solar Solutions give us the confidence that we can rely on their team if ever any issue arise in the future. We have recommended them to a friend who already signed up and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you and keep up the good work.

7 Jul 2020I had a good experience with this company. From craig the sales coordinator and Jason the installer. Best priced from a Local SA company. The installation was done 2 weeks after the contract signing. Installation expected to start 8am which jason arrived 10 mins earlier. They finished the work just after lunch. I would have not believe that there was of a job that was done except I saw my inverter up and running. Highly recommended.

7 Apr 2020Very happy with system! Bjorn sent us a promo offer for the 6.6kw Jinko panels with the 11.4kW battery - much cheaper than quotes we got from other providers for the exact same products. Craig (the consultant) explained how the system work in great detail. The installation team were very efficient and professional. Sonia from the office is always very quick in sending the documents/responding to emails. We got it installed around Dec 2019 - barely had any grid consumption since and we've been selling back to the grid. Our recent bill Jan - Apr 2020 was $190 in credit! Usually we are paying $700-900 per quarter. Would definitely recommend.

10 Mar 2020They beat other quotes for the same system 5kw Fronius Inverter, 6.6kw tier 1 panels. Jason arrived on site and on time. The system install looks clean neat and tidy. Was instantly producing 5kw as soon as the system was turned on. Great all round. Warning, Jason may ask to use your microwave for his lunch.

13 Jan 2020This was the smoothest and most friendly purchase I have made so far. Greg was very helpful explaining every single detail about the system and comparing different panels and inverters. Installation was completed in less than two weeks from deposit date.
Jason and D has done a great installation for the system at my house, did not break one single tile on the roof and left the site clean and tidy.

They patiently listened to our requirements and drew out a great package - even passed on the SA Home Battery Scheme benefits to us which we wouldn't have known about had it not been for the team at Battery Solar Solutions! We had a meeting with greg 1 week ago and he offered us a 2 week cooling off period which the next morning we decided we didnt need it and notified greg of this and today our solar panels are up and running . So 1 week later and we are reaping the benefits. He was very professional and easy to talk to and was upfront about costs . The guys that installed our panels were also fantastic and super productive. I would highly recommend this company .
