Debbie and Myself needed to take control of our spiralling power bill and sought out solar companies for quotes. I was referred to Australian All Energy Solutions by one of our customers to explain the process benefits and limitations of a solar system for our residence. They were very obliging and explained the process from the application to Energex through to installation and their after sales service process. It was this after sales service that Debbie and I found very comforting as they call in and monitor our system to see if it was working to its capacity. After the install was completed we had a few issues with the inverter tripping and on my call to AAES they would respond and be here within 24 hours to sought ought the problem. They did trouble shoot this with the inverter manufacturer and there was no fault so they called Energex and explained the situation. Energex did then fix the problem with AAES corresponding with Energex through the course of the process. This was not left to Debbie or myself to liase with Energex to fix but AAES went beyond their call of duty to rectify this problem and they are still monitoring our system. I would recommend AAES to any business and encourage you to talk to them and explain the process in detail. They are very well versed in Solar and display a very professional and valued service.

With the cost of farm electricity on the rise, I decided to attend a QDO Energy Efficiency Day and on hearing Laurie and Paul from All Energy Solutions speak on a range of solar options, we decided to look seriously at solar. We provided them with our electricity bills and they gave us a no obligation quote on cost and payback periods using conservative Clean Energy Council figures. We decided to go with 5 x 5kw systems taking advantage of the existing feed-in tariff. They handled the paperwork from start to finish and the systems were installed quickly and professionally. The five systems have over the winter period been exceeding their quoted power generation figures used in the payback period calculations. So with solar technology changing all the time, we’d have no hesitation in recommending Australian All Energy Solutions for your solar installations. They have a very strong after sales service focus and explain the solar workings so effectively to us.

I wish to state that All Australian All Energy Solutions in the last six months have installed four solar energy complexes on our property comprising 2 x 5kW (5.5) and 2 x 30kW (33) and we couldn't have wished for a better company being Paul, Laurie and Kame to work with. All were rooftop except 1 x 33kW which was built on stands for irrigation. They bent over backwards for us in every way possible and when a 33kW system was going to interfere with our enterprise they worked with us in erecting the design we wanted to fit in with our farm which Laurie has a photo of. We had a couple of small issues after installation, and one phone call and they were on our doorstep to rectify it, and they still keep in touch and drop in now and then to check up that all is well (and a cuppa and chat). It is really great service in comparison to a lot of stories you hear about other suppliers, one supplier even resorted to threats and abuse when we didn't deal with him.
