Excellent service from Sheridan. I needed some quite specific LED bulbs in a hurry and she went out of her way to immediately send them by express mail. A company with good eco-values too.

I've been installing lights for 40 years and these are some of the best LED's I've ever seen, really well made, I'm impressed.

Fantastic service and the lighting looks great. A big improvement from our old outdated fluorescents.

Austep have transformed our warehouse from a dark and dingy space to a bright and safe workplace. The sheer amount of new light now provides our forklift operators the ability to see more effectively whilst unloading or loading through our storage systems. Our administration staff was also pleasantly surprised by the difference LED lighting made to our offices spaces and praised how it reduced excess glare by providing more of a neutral setting. The marketing team couldn’t express enough how grateful they were of the new lighting. Our social media coordinator explained that this was simply ‘Fantastic’ which reduced the amount of time being spent setting up lighting for photography purposes. Not only does this tick all the boxes for sustainability and reducing our energy costs, it allows us to use the savings towards staff development and training, which is a huge plus in my books investing more into the overall Workplace Health & Safety of the site. Overall Austep was a great company to work with. They provided clear communication and a stress-free install. We as a company cannot rate them enough. Deserves all 5 stars.

My requirements were discussed in detail which was very helpful given the number of lighting options out there. My order was delivered and installed promptly. No issues at all!

Just letting you know this is a "Genuine" Business. I was very suspicious but as they appeared to be able to provide the "hard to acquire" down lights I required, I decided to take the chance. It was over Christmas/New Year, so gave a bit of lee-way for that, but when the order did not arrive, kind of figured I had done by dough. So emailed Ash and he was right back to me. Since then have had a few emails either way with info etc. and lo and behold my lights arrived. All good. Then Ash contacts me to say they were planting two native trees, as is their custom, for my order. So right to be dubious, but in this case, I am telling you, they are well above board. Very happy.
