Panel installation and commissioning went really smooth. AICA has got a perfect team.

Very helpful follow up service which quickly achieved my being able to monitor my new panels and see their performance. The installation was very efficient and I have been happy with all aspects in purchasing the solar panels.

Good service and friendly staff

best service, highly recommended, very professional staff.Ask for Abe and Team!

AICA is a very good local electrical company in Perth. They can do a variety of jobs, whether residential or commercial projects. The price of AICA is also very reasonable. We have always chosen AICA as our long-term partner. Not only the price, but also the teamwork. AICA makes great communities with its client and helps a lot during the projects. Great thanks to Jeff. Jeff is a very enthusiastic and responsible person. He can not only complete the work we assigned, but also help us find out the problems in the design and make suggestions. Jeff and we have been working together for a long time. We appreciate his work attitude and he has provided us a lot of help.

Had my solar installed recently by AICA. There were few ups dwns in communication , but overall everything went smoothly starting from sales consultation to the final installation. Highly recommended! Good Stuff AICA!

we have recently installed solar panels. They are genuine people.

The customer service provided by Abe was very satisfying. He was always approachable whenever I contacted him. The installers were on time to install the system and completed the job very well. I was highly impressed with the quality of work delivered for what was promised. I was rather overwhelmed as the standard of the work was beyond my expectations. I have refereed 9 of my friends who were looking to get the solar system installed. I am sure of whom to recommend if any one wants the solar system to be installed. They have a very decent warranty period as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism delivered as they are always approachable and prompt in their services plus their price is very reasonable compared to other vendors in the market. Basically it is one destination for most of the solar systems with a diverse range of options for solar panels and inverters, moreover they also send full performance report which are very rare in the market. Keep up good work AICA Energy!!!

I just got solar panels installed at my home from AICA energy. They offered the best price for 6.6kw system. Their sales and installation team were exceptional. Definitely recommends everone to call AICA once and ask for Abe before signing a solar panel deal.

The installation is efficient. I am happy about the solar panels

We would like to thank and express our gratitude for your excellent help in installing our new solar panel system. We are highly satisfied with the level of customer service provided, and the entire experience far exceeds our expectations. Many thanks to Darbara Singh, the technical engineer, Jordan and Jaspir the installers for their outstanding service, flexibility, and “can-do” attitude. They were exceptionally hardworking to overcome any obstacles, always going an extra mile to ensure that the installation process was simple and stress-free. A special thanks to Darbara Singh, the technical engineer, for his help to answer all the questions, and his quick response times never failed to amaze us. It has been an absolute pleasure and delight to do business with AICA Pty Ltd. We are genuinely grateful for everything you have done for us and would not hesitate to recommend your company to all of our friends and family.

I would like to thank the AICA team for their excellent work. We were given a detailed consultation by Abe (Engineeer), who was kind enough to clarify all our queries. The price was competitive. The installation team did a tidy and timely job as well. Overall, very happy with the work and would definitely recommend AICA energy to others.

Thank you to Abe and the AICA team for the great customer service, valued advice and competitive pricing for our first solar install experience. I installed 6.6 kw solar panel with growatt inverter, Im very happy with the price and AICA customer service. Highly recommend this company

Very friendly people, very hardworking installers, even working on a 42 degree hot days for my roof top solar panels installation, very impressive.

I would like to thank the team for a great job and very professional service from start to finish. I would like to personally thank Darbara for answering my questions at all times of the day even on the weekend.

very friendly & helpful with professional standard of work. i would recommend AICA Energy to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Shaji responded to my enquiry by arranging a meeting and technicians to install the solar system very quickly and efficiently. Our enquiry was to have a solar panel review and assessment of the efficiency of an old system and Abe came to visit the next day, he spent a great amount of time with us to ensure we understood everything about what was currently happening along with what needs to be done to resolve the issues. To top it off they discounted for pensioners and also were considerate enough to have the system installed two days later to combat upcoming hot days the following week. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, humour and efficiency when installing. You won't regret it.

I got 6.6KWH system from AICA with Jinko Cheetah 330watts per panel and SMA Sunny Boy 5KWH inverter for a price of less than $4k. Ayush is very approachable and gave me the best solar system deal. The whole process took less than 2 weeks before they installed the panels. Installation of panels took about 5 hours; installers were friendly and very efficient; happy with their work. Yesterday, the system produced almost 43KWH from 7am-7pm and my average daily consumption pre-solar was 4kwh. I’m so happy that I got solar prior summer and will be using air conditioning the whole day

The team did a professional and on time job on installing my solar panels. Gret service and would highly recommend to others..

once we sorted where the panels would go very happy with the install and finish very impressed cheers tom

Really professional solar team..... best communication...talented and highly professional installers.. highly recommended. Thanks team Aica Solar.

Very happy with Aica Energy they came in took old system down erected new system its working very well, cost effective, professional outfit recommend them to anyone thinking about PV system.

I have dealt with this company after 2 days of searching for the right solar system in my place, I have read, heard a lot and ended up dealing with Abe, was impressed as they surpassed my expectation 100%. 9/10 companies could not complete the installation in 2-4 weeks but AICA Energy did it within a week. Not only that, they kept me informed from start to finish and even got a call from the office informing that the work has been completed. Anyone looking for a solar panel system, go to this company. they are not good..... They are the best! would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent service at competitive price. Would highly recommend

Great work and friendly team

A few little hiccups but overall excellent service and happy with the product received. Would recommend to use AICA.

The AICA installers (led by Christian) installed the solar panels on my house last week, and they did a great job. Apart from arriving later than the time scheduled, they completed the job very quickly, and professionally. On the upside, Jayesh, who was arranging the installation kept me informed of their delay. It's been a few days now and I'm seeing excellent reading from my solar panels. If anyone wants to get solar installed, speak to Abe from AICA, he gave me an excellent quote on my LG panels. They were all very professional and friendly to deal with. System Installed: 20xLG Neon 2 (325W) panels. 5kW Fronius Inverter.

Their hard work team took whole day to install the solar system for me. nice guys with good customer services.

Sales team responded quickly and gave good advice and competitive quote. Installation team was on time and supportive to check and replace broken tiles (I had prepared spare tiles), but had to return twice (different technician) to finish setting up monitoring. It was good in general. The system is still running well. However, I contacted twice to ask for battery options some weeks later, one was sms to sale person, another one to call center. Both were promised to call me back but never got a reply so I'm not so sure about after sale services. Don't know if they will come back if I report a problem with my system. I would give 5 star if after sale service were better.
