I was highly impressed with the quality of work delivered for what was promised. I was rather overwhelmed as the standard of the work was beyond my expectations. I have refereed 9 of my friends who were looking to get the solar system installed. I am sure of whom to recommend if any one wants the solar system to be installed.
They have a very decent warranty period as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism delivered as they are always approachable and prompt in their services plus their price is very reasonable compared to other vendors in the market.
Basically it is one destination for most of the solar systems with a diverse range of options for solar panels and inverters, moreover they also send full performance report which are very rare in the market.

Shaji responded to my enquiry by arranging a meeting and technicians to install the solar system very quickly and efficiently. Our enquiry was to have a solar panel review and assessment of the efficiency of an old system and Abe came to visit the next day, he spent a great amount of time with us to ensure we understood everything about what was currently happening along with what needs to be done to resolve the issues. To top it off they discounted for pensioners and also were considerate enough to have the system installed two days later to combat upcoming hot days the following week. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, humour and efficiency when installing. You won't regret it.

Ayush is very approachable and gave me the best solar system deal. The whole process took less than 2 weeks before they installed the panels. Installation of panels took about 5 hours; installers were friendly and very efficient; happy with their work. Yesterday, the system produced almost 43KWH from 7am-7pm and my average daily consumption pre-solar was 4kwh. I’m so happy that I got solar prior summer and will be using air conditioning the whole day

Not only that, they kept me informed from start to finish and even got a call from the office informing that the work has been completed. Anyone looking for a solar panel system, go to this company. they are not good..... They are the best! would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Apart from arriving later than the time scheduled, they completed the job very quickly, and professionally. On the upside, Jayesh, who was arranging the installation kept me informed of their delay.
It's been a few days now and I'm seeing excellent reading from my solar panels.
If anyone wants to get solar installed, speak to Abe from AICA, he gave me an excellent quote on my LG panels.
They were all very professional and friendly to deal with.

20xLG Neon 2 (325W) panels.
5kW Fronius Inverter.

Installation team was on time and supportive to check and replace broken tiles (I had prepared spare tiles), but had to return twice (different technician) to finish setting up monitoring. It was good in general. The system is still running well.
However, I contacted twice to ask for battery options some weeks later, one was sms to sale person, another one to call center. Both were promised to call me back but never got a reply so I'm not so sure about after sale services. Don't know if they will come back if I report a problem with my system.
I would give 5 star if after sale service were better.

From the customer service to Abe Thomas who was phenomenal in the support he offered me during the system selection; I must say it couldn't have been better anywhere else. AICA's prices were also very were very competitive and so the decision run with them was not a difficult one to make. The timeliness of the installation and the knowledgeable installation engineer called Mehdi ensured the installation was pain free. Medhi is indeed and asset to AICA energy and I must commend his very thorough nature. I am indeed elated with the overall outcome.

Very good experience from sales representative till final installation. Specific happy with the final price. Showed my contract to one of my friend who also installed a system from another company last week. For the same package, my friend paid $1,000 more, also get my friend complaints that I should referral AICA to her one week before so she may save that money and enjoy the professional service. So highly suggest AICA to everyone who are looking for a new solar system installation.

Right from the sales consultant to the installers I have been very happy with all communication and interactions. There was one small discrepancy when the installers arrived(which was better for us) and I made a call to both AICA and the sales consultant to confirm details, both of which were straight onto it and all was sorted without any issue. The installers, Guri, Jaggu and Sippy were all professional and took the time to explain everything to me(and I had quite a few questions for them) and I honestly would recommend anyone unsure about solar to take a look at AICA.
