Extremely IMPRESSED!!! Sara from Agility solar(1st day on the job) cold calling to discuss whether I was interested in solar. Yes, I need another quote? I have had another quote telling me that I should get it be/c of the Federal/State government rebate and I won’t be paying for my electricity or gas. After speaking with Sara, unlike the other solar companies trying to hustle, Sara spoke confidently, clearly and very well. Simple questions, straight forward, not wasting my time. Sara was able to quote over the phone and made everything EASY compared to other solar businesses in the past. Looking at Google, Sara was able to tell me that my home isn’t suitable for Solar. I received an HONEST quote over the phone…YES…and now I can move in a different direction with these electricity and gas bills. SARA, thank you for your AMAZING customer service in a friendly manner from the beginning to the end of the last phone call. Live your Best Life Sara. To all at Agility Solar, Sara is a keeper.
