Thumbs up to Adapt Energy. Was so pleased with the entire service. Brett was so helpful with answering all my questions (massive list) and working out the best solar system needed for our house. Install was neat and tidy looks fantastic. After sales support is amazing I had a software issue and it was fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Adapt Energy have been great from first contact to fully installed system as of yesterday. Can't fault yet everything has been as easy as I think it can be and any questions I've had have been answered promptly. Give them a call if you are interested in solar they will look after you for sure and deserve a recommendation.

I ordered a 10KW system and I cannot speak highly enough about this company, Spoke to an Australian salesman who was very easy to communicate my needs, getting the best product I could afford. Quickly installed by the Toomoomba team. I checked out their reputation and found it excellent.

The Quoting and installation process was extremely easy. When getting the quotes, any questions I had were easily resolved, and the installation was quick and painless, getting completed ahead of time. I am extremely pleased I chose Adapt to deal with our installation.

Really easy process, answered all my questions, professional staff and our bills are in credit most of the year! The App is really easy to use so we know at any time of the day what our energy output and input is.

Adapt made the process an absolute ease. The installers were very helpful, helped us through everything. We are having an issue with the app at the moment (which is because of our nbn) and adapt were on top of it straight away and are helping us navigate it. I’m extremely happy with our choice to go with Adapt and the great quality products they deliver.

I have found the team at Adapt extremely helpful with initial advice and thereafter keeping us informed about progress of the installation. The installers were very professional and remarkably fast, having the whole roof work done in under 4 hours, and that's on a 2 storeyed house! I would gladly recommend them.

The installers were polite and punctual. They gave us clear instructions in how to use the system which is running very well. We are producing more power than we use. Looking forward to the next electricity bill.

Adapt energy were great right from the start with sales, administration and installation

2nd system I have purchased. 6kw, 22 panels Sungrow inverter. Contractors Arnelec Electrical. Miles and Katie at Adapt. Fantastic service and workmanship with plenty of feedback and answers. Nothing was a bother. Have dealt with Miles on several occasions and he is always helpful. I know of 3 other systems plus my two. Never a problem.

Can't speak highly enough of Adapt. Everything from quote to installation has been a smooth process. They kept me up to date on the process and managed to fit me in earlier than expected. Installation and communication on the system was awesome and even got an onsite visit from Paul to ensure everything was running smooth. I would recommend Adapt any day of the week.

The installation went smoothly. A warranty issue was dealt with by Katie Marino. I believe this was a complex and tricky process which resulted in a new replacement inverter. Thank you.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Any issues that did come up we dealt with professionally. System only 4 days old but running as stated. Contract installers did an excellent job.

We did a lot of research before deciding on who we wanted to install our solar panels and we decided on Adapt Energy because of the great reviews and the amazing communication and easy process it was for us to get the quote and ask the silly questions to help us understand things. I spoke to Katie many times and she was so happy and positive when I continued to find things to ask and was very reassuring. The installation was booked in and we even got a call to put it in earlier which we appreciated. The installation guys were here on time if not earlier and were very efficient in the work they did and also cleaned up everything and helped go through the manuals. Katie continued to communicate with me even after the installation and helped me set up the app and register it. If you have no idea about solar panels but know you want to save money and have the best equipment value for money give Adapt Energy a call!
