The team at Adapt Energy have a passion for renewable energy. With over 10 years of industry experience and expertise developed working on a wide range of projects over the years. From small scale residential solar systems to medium size hybrid projects to large scale ground-mounted arrays. Our organisation is built on mutual respect between us and our clients, our installers, our suppliers, the local communities we operate in and our natural environment. We have built a reputation in the industry for providing a tailored approach to every customer and finding a solution to their specific needs. We have a network of suppliers to ensure we can be flexible with the products we use and are not restricted or biased towards one particular brand. Our motivation when suggesting a certain product or system design is to benefit our customers and help them achieve the best outcome, not to increase our profit margins. Adapt energy fit into a gap in the market where so often we are seeing the wrong thing being done in the solar industry with misleading sales advice, cheap components and poor workmanship it can become very confusing for consumers. Adapt energy only offer products that have stood the test of time and while we have very affordable options for customers looking for shorter-term solutions we refuse to compete on the bottom of the market where often customers are left with faulty products and no warranty support despite being promised 30-year warranties. Instead, we use proven products with sound financial backing, presence within Australia and often third party insurance for extra peace of mind.

Living in a Body Corporate property adds an amount of additional questioning about the process, the savings expected, and very many other matters raised as genuine concerns, The questions became a very big list of questions. The list was presented to Paul and he was able to answer the questions and answer others put to him at a public meeting that’s was called to allay concerns and take us forward with our project. The response by Paul was welcomed by the owners present and his manner ensured the group listened to his presentation.

The Adapt Energy Team were very helpful, offered advice and also offered the better panels when compared with other quotes. They also offered the best value for our $$$. We were troublesome customers, asked a heap of questions and took a long time to make a decision because we were comparing other quotes from different Solar companies. Adapt Energy staff were helpful friendly and patient with us and always very professional and helpful with advice explaining things when we asked why? this and Why? that. The Install Team were great and friendly and left behind no mess on our property in South Australia.

The installation was booked in and we even got a call to put it in earlier which we appreciated. The installation guys were here on time if not earlier and were very efficient in the work they did and also cleaned up everything and helped go through the manuals. Katie continued to communicate with me even after the installation and helped me set up the app and register it. If you have no idea about solar panels but know you want to save money and have the best equipment value for money give Adapt Energy a call! They go above and beyond for their customers and made the entire process so easy and straightforward especially when we had no idea what we wanted or what we were doing to begin with. The first two said that it wasn't worth installing solar panels due to the shade from our trees. Jeff from Adapt Energy simply said I need to install optimisers. Jeff was prompt in replying to any of my questions and even suggested first community for finance options. Alanna then took over with organising the installation and was equally as helpful. Three guys installed the system today and did a great job. Now I am hoping to sit back and enjoy lower energy bills

The installers arrived exactly on time and even sent a text so we knew they were on their way. The panels are particularly neat and unobtrusive even though we had over 30 panels installed. There was no mess left and everything was completed in a few hours. I am more than happy to recommend Adapt energy to family and friends. I’m so glad we chose Adapt energy as I have heard plenty of complaints re other companies
Also the app allows us to monitor exactly what we are producing, using and feeding back to the grid. Love it!!

Was given options on pricing. Great sales team, great installers, great products, great communications. Installed in timely manner, efficiently, cleanly and with excellent attitude.
My system looks great, James spent time ensuring my system was connected to the web (for the enthusiastic viewer, you can view your solar production via web). The inventor was installed exactly where I wanted it to, with room down the road for batteries. Only regret is I should have gone solar earlier.

It was my choice to buy quality materials, no sales pressure applied thank you. Installation date, time and work was spot on. The workmanship is quality and cleaning up after the job is welcome and a telling practice. Adapt Energy’s prices are comparable to what is on the market however, the difference is the quality of panels and inverter supplied. When doing the maths I am way ahead. Overall, I am confident to say I chose a company that deserves 5 stars.
