Rimu from the sales team come out and detailed quality products and tailor made a system to suit my needs. They know their stuff, even outlining the power I would make from the sun month by month. I went with a monitored system that I can log in at anytime and see how it’s performing. Energy buster also monitors the system for you to make sure it’s performing at its peak.

I was after a budget system within a set budget and they ended up quoting on a system that was almost 50% more than the other companies that quoted. I was first dubious but after a couple of phone calls and questions went ahead....
....and I can only say that they have done a stellar job in delivering what they promised. There were some challenges to actually fit all the panels but after some discussions we found a way. The installers were also very professional and did a very neat job. Extremely happy, would recommend these guys to anyone anytime!

Also helped us to deal with metering at Origin and were patient with us to do a split install - wiring first fix during construction before the roof went on and then completion. Helped us set up the wifi and download apps on iPad and iPhones. We choose them because of the quality they promote through using Sunpower and Fronius inverters. They clearly explained the paybacks and savings we get with a no nonsense approach unlike other quotes we received. They weren’t rushed to explain throughly the difference in warranties between cheap rubbish and premium product with 25 years full warranty vs others that offer only 10, if they last that long. Best decision we made having good solar and loving our electricity credits

The whole experience has been first rate and we couldn't be happier with the result. Starting with the honest and informative sales work from Ian, highly efficient and professional installation team thru to the post sales follow-up from Matt.
We were pleasantly surprised (given the Christmas holiday period) that our installation was able to be completed within 3 weeks of signing the contract.
The key reason for selecting Energy Buster was their supply of top-end Sunpower panels at a competitive price.
The limited amount of reviews from domestic customers made me nervous but I decided to go ahead after determining that this was largely due to the company's predominant commercial focus in the past.
If like me you have similar concerns, do yourself a favour and don't hesitate. These guys know what they're doing and are suppliers of top quality material, installed by a professional and competent installation team.
