Lyon provided a quote and processed my application within an hour on closing date (before the new buyback scheme kicked in), also moved my installation date 2 weeks earlier.
Derek and installation team did a great job. Really happy my solar system harvesting 44 units.
Overall, Empower experience was seamless, easy to deal with and kept me updated from start to finish. Highly recommended.

All done in a day and that included removing the old solar system and taking it away. The new system includes a SMA German inverter and eighteen solar panels. The installers were here on-time, were very courteous and didn't stop even when the next-door neighbour was having a pool lifted by crane over their roof. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were finished by 3:30 PM. Well done to you Empower and your installation team. The pricing of the system was super competitive and fitted our budget. Give Empower a call before you decide on your new solar system.

Dealing with Kimba during the sign up process was smooth. I must have sent 20 emails and I got back detailed responses to everything. I was so happy with the price/system going forward that I decided to pay up front and I recommended my brother, where he signed up shortly after for the same system too (note they have a referral scheme).
The install looks neat & tidy, it's generating daily figures thats well above my daily overall usage. I had a 6.65 kHw system installed, 19 x 350w panels and a Goodwe interverter. In time I'll look to get a hot water unit with them and invest in a battery when government rebates are introduced. Over all, I had a few issues and Don reached out and resolved them quickly for me. Highly recommend these guys.

Zenzo from the sales team prepared a great proposal which met our needs and was very professional. The install was on time. however housekeeping could been better after work was done.. quite abit of trash left on the roof, wasnt sure if they were trying to beat the rain but overall they did a good job. We would highly recommend Empower Solar Perth. Kimba was very friendly and gave me a very detailed quote. Installation was completed a few weeks after that and the job was done perfectly. Blessy also came and installed the Wifi setup so that it can be viewed on the Huawei app from our phones.
We are very happy with the 10/10 customer service and we would gladly recommend it to anyone.

The local company was out of business so I was given Donald Su's number by a friend. Empower said a new 6.6kw panel array and a new 5kw Inverter would be installed on Tuesday 04/06/19. Austen started at 08.15 taking my old system out and at 16.00 the new Inverter started generating from a very weak sun. Wednesday 06/06/19 13.00 we had generated 11kw and fed into the grid 9kw. Great service.!

We started doing some research at the start of the year, and was bit overwhelm with the different products & suppliers in the market. We have contacted a few companies to start with, and none of them seemed to be interested in explain how it works rather than just wanting you to buy. Came across Empower solar perth on facebook and left my details with them.
Within a day, I got a call from Kimba. Who is very friendly and explained everything to me. I then received a quote from Kimba which has included all relevant information.
Installation was then carried out in 2 weeks, installers Austen & Nick are very friendly & professional, install was very clean & tidy.
Few days after the install the inverter had a voltage error, got in touch with Kimba and issue was resolved within 24 hours.
I would highly recommend them base on my personal experience. Thanks again for your great service!

I was looking for a great deal and I was about to go with another provider but they could provide me with the inverter I wanted. I finally saw an advertisement on FB for the Fronius primo inverter and the Risen 330 watts panels, it was advertised at $3,999. I had two other quotes from Infinite and Perth Solar Panel but Empower had the best deal.
I made contact withEmpower Solar and Kimba got back to me and he came over and I signed up with Empower Solar.
The system was installed professionally and the installers did a great job and I’m very happy with how the inverter is trending atm. The highest I had in Kw was 5075Kw so far today. I highly recommend Empower Solar if you are looking at installing your Solar panel. Great job team and thank you for the chocolate Kimba.

After looking around and getting other quotes we (myself and 2 other houses) went with empower although another company was slightly cheaper Empower had superior products and customer service (including the panel placement on the roof plan was superior to the other solar company we were quoted by to maximise the power of the sun and panels). The process has been smooth, the installers were very professional, and our system is working really well and producing so much energy. I was under restrictions on personal preference where I could locate the panels and Empower came out listened to my requirements explained how the system worked and delivered on time an budget. In addition the customer service I obtained from Zenzo my consultant can not be faulted and he always listened and was responsive after the install until everything was to my satisfaction!

The guys that came along to do the install were absolutely fantastic, led by Austen, who kept my wife up to date all day with their progress and how to use read the system. We have had two bills since our install now and have seen our bills cut to a third of what we were paying which is clearly the best part. The office staff were prompt in their communication and made the whole process ran smoothly. We should have got them years ago!

Of the 3 quotes, ESP stood out not because they were the cheapest, but because of the three companies they were the only ones who listened to us and our current and future needs rather than tell us what we 'needed'.
As a result we've had a 6.6KW system fitted that is already generating savings for us in the few short days since it was fitted. Importantly, the fitting team did and excellent job as well as turning up on time and getting on with the task without delay.
